Broken Parts, cheaply made, no response from seller? : Target Marketing Systems 5 Piece Metropolitan Dining Set , Espresso
Assembly was pretty typical for such a product, too few words, pictures a bit hard to read, a few hassles with the fit. Overall, a good contact until the last chair, then got 2 cross-threaded screws. No spares, I was able to go to Napa auto parts and get some 6mm hex head bolts that I used under the chair where the heads would not show, but wasted about 2 hours fighting with and shopping nearby for screws.
I agree with other reviewers --- It should be much easier to contact the seller and/or Amazon buyer assistance to just ask for a concentrate of exchange parts to be sent out. Target Marketing Systems is associated with Target Stores? It appears so, so there should be a way to get hold of them, right?
P.S. For those who complained about wobbly chairs, you may need to supervene the directions and go back and tighten things up after a week. I did and they have been fine since then.
